Okay, that's not MY name - it's my car's name. One of my cars, anyway. Here she is, my '91 CRX DX. The color's where the name comes from, in case you hadn't noticed. :) She was originally Torino Red Pearl, but was repainted about five years ago when she was repaired for hail damage. I bought her about eight months ago from the original owner. I've cleaned up the interior a bit (put in '91 Si seats, dyed the floormats back to black, replaced the steering wheel with a 4-spoke Civic LX unit, installed a stereo), put on new wheels ('97 GS-R 15s), and a month ago she received a heart transplant. She's now sporting an '89 Si engine that I had in a Civic Si. The engine was strong and never leaked or burned a drop of oil, so I *knew* I had to keep it around. The car is also sporting a hybrid transmission utilizing ZC 1st-4th, HF 5th, and Si final drive and differential. I did a bunch of transmission research, rounded up the parts, and had a buddy of mine (who's a tranny guru) build the thing. It works amazingly well. The car pulls much stronger than the Civic the motor came from, and got 36-42mpg on my recent Texas-to-Florida trip, running 80-90mph with the A/C on, two big guys on board, and my toolbox and all our luggage!

Anyway, that's how she looks. The engine bay looks cleaner than the outside of the car - and I didn't even have a chance to clean it up when we were doing the swap!
