Some boards also use the groups to seperate mods, admins, and basic users.

It's your reputation. You can give it, and receive it, or lose it and take it away from members. It's used on a per post basis, if you go into your admincp you can see who left you some, and their reason, and for what post.

you people need to remember to give out reputation

if you dont like someone , let them know ( same goes with , if you think someone is great / funny/ cool give them positive reputation )
AND DONT FORGET TO GIVE A REASON !
