Stock internals are good to abotu 12 PSI if you know what your doing ...16 Psi if your nuts :twisted:

Yea but tunning a Vtec motor VS a non-Vtec one, the Vtec one is more of a chore. It can be done, dont get me wrong, but its easyer on a non-Vtec one.
