yes, this guy knows.. There's a button on the mirror controls that does it. I heard in japan that when you pull up on your e-brake it does it automatically. I was going to set it to my alarm so when it's armed they close, but I havent had time and it hasn't been something I need to do.

sorry, just saw this. I picked them up with wiring and switch for $180 about a year ago.. They may be cheaper now I'm not sure.

I have a 2000 civic ex with the power mirrors, how much rewiring is required? Is it easy? I would love the low down on how hard it is to install from my 2000 Ex standpoint. Thanks!

These are off of the Japanese SIR.. I don't know if they have them for the newer civics, especially considering the shape of your mirrors. sorry.
