anyone built a d15

ive got 2 d15b2 motors laying around and i was wondering if anyone else has built one of these up and what kind of power could be yielded my goal is around 150 at the wheels is this going to be possible

MPFI swap, Z6 head, turbo up to 8 or 9lbs of boost with a intercooler.
Should be getting close to 150hp at the wheel.
