Im building my 2000 DX for a HMT project, so one of the first things i decided to do was have the exhaust made. I went down to a local exhaust shop and asked them to build me a 2.5" MANDREL BENT system with a Kakimoto Muffler I had on hand. When I came back, they had done the entire system in 2.5", but the bends weren't mandrel bent, they were the other kind where they wrap the piping over a wheel!! I had to pay for the system. Is this exhaust going to have a big effect on my turbo setup? Do I have to have the piping redone somewhere else?

If you paid for something and didnt get it, you should have never paid for it. You should have told them to take off the exhaust and if they have a problem they can feel free to take you to court.

Paying for something when it is said to be something, and is not, is against the law.

this is why i try to keep away from shops in general. lying sacks of shit.

no ... but in a few months, if I were you , I would switch the exhaust out for 3 inches and get a matching 3 inch downpipe ...

i havent had my downpipe fabricated yet, so should I just have a 3" one made to meet the rest of the 2.5" system?
