Video of my Mini Me swap *VID INSIDE*

Well, it's not much. But it's a little video clip of my mini me. I was driving, plus holding the camera, and yes, shifting. So it didn't turn out the best, but here is what I got.

Here are 2 clips, before and after. You can compare the 2 if you like.

Oh, for those of you that don't know what I have done to the car...below is the little list.

My stock y7 block.
y8 sohc vtec head
y8 intake manifold
y8 throttle body
p28 5 speed ecu

PS Just to let ya know, I couldn't get on it through first. I had to turn on to the bypass, and then adjust the cam. Didn't step on it until about 4000 RPMs. :(

I need to get my girl to hold the cam next shoot. :)

Wow dude, seems a lot faster now. nice vids though, you got some mad skills driving filming and shifting all at once, nice job. And for 500 bucks thats a whole lot more performance, whats it run, have you taken it to the track?

Thanks alot guys. I'll get another vid sometime of my girl holding the cam, that way I can dump the clutch in first and see what she does on a take off. :)

I can't see a HUGE differance, but I'm the one driving it. I need to race a stock EK now. :)

I don't know what it runs. There is no track here. I doubt I'll ever know what the car runs.

Can't wait til next year's mods. Unless the motor blows up. :D

I'm running the y7 tranny. I will get an EX tranny next year. Drive the car like this a few months til winter, then take it off the road til next year. :)

One thing, I think I might see what ya mean by weird.

My 1st gear runs strong, the higher the gears, the slower they go through the RPMs.

Would an EX tranny let all my gears work like my 1st gear in te y7 tranny?

Head swap made it better but it's almost bone stock, I think you should do little bit more, like header,exhaust, bigger TB, bump up little bit compression.

and after all you will enjoy a shorter geared tranny !

Header is comming next year. I'm using the y8 Throttle body. I have a Tanabe RM cat back exhaust now.

Next year is the header, fly wheel, clutch, EX tranny, and maybe a cam. :)

Thanks for the props guys. I drove it this morning to work finally, and wow. I noticed a big differance. Pulls alot harder through the RPM range. :)

Header is comming next year. I'm using the y8 Throttle body. I have a Tanabe RM cat back exhaust now.

Next year is the header, fly wheel, clutch, EX tranny, and maybe a cam. :)
Y8 TB is the same as y7; 56mm flap.

I overbored y8 one to 60mm with LS integra flap (or you can take ls TB one). you must match it with intake manifold. You will see a difference with all bolt on and cam :)

I'll get the bolt ons listed, and see how she runs. The car runs alot better now though. :)
