Mpfi swap question

I have a d15b1 head i am planing on putting a a6 cam into and turning it to mpfi. I plan to use the y8 intake manifold but havent found any write ups with the y8 im used. I plan to go turbo with this head and the d15z1 vx bottom end. I need to know if i can use the y8 injectors, resistors and etc. or if ill have to use si injectors and such? If anyone could help me out or direct me to a write up id apprecite it.

you need to keep the injectors the obd as you ecu. as for mpfi heres a link:

you can use whatever injectors as long as they are 240cc, does not matter the obd or type (saturated/ peak and hold) as long as you take out the resistor box you are good to use y8 injectors

The car was already wired up for mpfi for my b16. would i need to change any wiring?
