View Full Version : skunk2 intake mani swap, leaking anti freeze!!

ok, i just swapped my b7 intake mani for a skunk2 one, took me bout 5 hrs and got it done. problem is im leaking anti freeze and my cars over heating like fuck. idle is about at 1k. it looks like its coming from under neath the TB? any ideas? also, do all the vacum and sensors look like there hooked up right? thanks!
and no, its not a greddy strut bar, hah....

AGAIN, I WAS NOT INVITED, YOU SUCK ASS!!!! anyway check all your hoses, going to the iacv, termostat, etc, etc......at least that was my problem when i did mine.

Will the thermostat actually leak?

i fixed the problem, i had 2 coolant hoses left over, and one port, so i just made a T fitting and no more leaks. but im using up coolant like a mothafuker now, any ideas?

leaking intake manifold gasket? is it burning white?

yea, it was burning white, figured that i hooked up a coolent hose to the intake mani, and got coolent in the combustion chamber, but fixed that

What kind of a car is this in? Just curious.
