where can i get a 2nd and 3rd gear snyncro for my 00 y8 trans? any idea of the cost?

Find a transmission shop, they might have them in stock, if not they can order them for you, as for price, don't know but I don't think they run to much.

It's normally cheaper to just buy a new transmission than it is to rebuild on.
