Tranny trouble

Recently my tranny is making a loud sound in first gear areound 2500 rpm. It's not a grinding sound like when you miss a gear but more of a spinning sound. I just had the clutch replaced as well as throw out bearing so it can't be that. This happens some of the time not all. Any ideas??? :???:
