finally got around to putting in the cam gear

what should of took 10 minutes turned out to be all day! the bolt that goes into the tensioner stripped and getting it retapped and new bolt was a horrible delay. once it was all said and done, i have set 2 deg retarded and did notice the slightest loss off torque but the power stays nice all the way to 7k.i sold my prev cam but i may look into maybe a comp or zex cam pretty soon, ill see

i pulled the belt off to swap gears, i didnt take it all the way off but it wouldnt tighten when i was putting the belt back on

hmm...i dont touch the tensioner when swapping the cam gear. i just take off the bolt, slide the cam gear and belt off, line up the new cam gear to the belt, and slide the cam gear back onto the camshaft with the belt on it, then retighten the bolt and call it good to go.

it worked for me many times before.
